Orders placed with spillanesandandgravel.ie may only be cancelled within 2 days of an order being placed. Any orders being cancelled after this alotted time maybe subject to a cancellation fee of 30% to the value of the order. Orders placed are generally delivered within this time frame of 2 days but may take up to 5 working days in some cases, any orders which take longer to deliver is generally due to goods needing to be ordered in specifically for the customer therefor a cancellation charge will apply as the goods have been paid for by spillanesandandgravel.ie in advance for the customer. Some special orders may not be allowed to be cancelled. The customer will be notified of this term prior to placing their order.
